IOCL Recruitment 2019: Educational qualification required

Engineer/officers: All the candidates interested in applying need to possess a graduate degree in engineering in civil, chemical, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical disciplines from a recognised university/institute with 65 per cent marks in aggregate.
Research officers: The applicant should posses a master's degree in engineering from a recognised university or institute.

IOCL Recruitment 2019: Pay scale

Graduate and postgraduate engineer posts:
The selected candidates will receive a starting basic salary of Rs 60,000 per month. The gross valuation of remuneration to the company will be about Rs 17 lakhs per annum inclusive of performance related pay (PRP).
Postgraduate chemistry for recruitment as Assistant Officer:
The selected candidates will receive a starting basic salary of Rs 50,000 per month. The gross valuation of remuneration to the company will be about Rs 14 lakhs per annum inclusive of performance related pay (PRP).

Selection process

On the basis of GATE 2019 score, the candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview round.
