IIM Bangalore Top Ranking IIM In FT Global MBA Ranking 2019 Bengaluru:  IIM Bangalore's one-year fulltime Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) has been ranked among the top 35 MBA schools in the Financial Times (FT) Global MBA Ranking 2019  for the second consecutive year. At 33rd position, the EPGP at IIMB takes the highest spot amongst all IIMs in the  FT Global MBA Ranking 2019 . From India, the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad and three Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) features in top 50. Free Education For Government College Girls In Rajasthan Updated : January 30, 2019 17:36 IST Free education will be provided to girls in state-run institutions in Rajasthan from July Ajmer:  Free education will be provided to girls in state-run institutions in Rajasthan from July, Higher Education Minister Bhanwar Singh Bhati said on Wednesday. Addressing a press conference, he said: "Girls studying in government colleges will be provided free education from the next academic session which starts in July. Also, the female students in colleges will be given sanitary napkins free of cost." He also said that there will be investigation into the recruitment made by the former BJP government in Rajasthan. "The BJP government started colleges with poor infrastructure. We will ensure that adequate arrangements are made in these colleges," he added.     Source:NDTV

CBSE to introduce artificial intelligence as an elective subject for Classes 8, 9, 10 In order to make school students well-versed in technology, the Central Board of Secondary Education ( CBSE) has decided to introduce artificial intelligence as an elective subject. “The decision to introduce artificial intelligence as a skill subject was taken at a recent meeting of the board’s governing body. It has been decided that the subject would be introduced in classes 8, 9 and 10 as a skill subject,” a member of the board’s governing body said as reported in  HT Artificial intelligence  is the ability of a machine to think, learn and perform tasks normally requiring human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition and decision-making skills.
